The primary financial obligation of parents with a student enrolled at Pensacola Catholic High School consists of tuition and laptop lease payments. These payments may be made annually, semi-annually, quarterly or monthly, depending on the payment plan chosen by the family.
Every family must be enrolled in a FACTS Payment Plan, as mandated by the Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee. FACTS provides for two payment methods. The first payment method is an automatic plan via bank draft (ACH) or credit card. Families electing an automatic plan may choose the date the draft/charge occurs within the month. The second payment method is via monthly invoice allowing a family to pay either online, by phone, or making payments directly to Pensacola Catholic High School. Monthly contract plans must be paid by the 10th of the month beginning May, 2024. Any plan not paid on its established due date will incur a $10 late fee on the following day.
New Families
Navigate to the CHS FACTS Portal.
- If you do not have a FACTS account, select Create a Username and Password. Follow the prompts.
- If you have an existing account through another school other than CHS, use the link above to access the CHS FACTS Portal and login using your existing account credentials to link your current account to Catholic High School.
- Select Set Up a Payment Plan.
- Select 2024-2025 Term.
- Review your contact information, then select Next.
- Select Add New/Incoming Student to complete the process.
Families registering after February 1, 2024 must select a payment plan within one week of registration.
Returning Families
Navigate to the CHS FACTS Portal.
Returning families are automatically enrolled for the new school year using the same payment method as the previous year. Your account login information remains the same. If a family needs assistance in logging into their FACTS account or to change their current payment method, the Finance Office must be notified no later than April 1, 2024.

Textbook & Fee Invoice Payment Options
An invoice will be mailed to parents in April. You may pay in full before the first day of classes in August, or you may pay in installments, May through August, with an amount of your choice each month. The Textbook & Fee Invoice will be included in your FACTS account as an “incidental billing”. Payments may be made by cash or check directly to Pensacola Catholic High School or by using your FACTS account to pay online.
If you prefer that your Textbook/Fee Invoice be included in your tuition payments, please contact the CHS Finance Office no later than April 20, 2024 and we will adjust your payment plan.
The Textbook & Fee Invoice must be PAID IN FULL before your student can begin classes in August.
