1.Thank you for your patience as we work to get our new system in place!
2.The payment system that will enable your son/daughter to pay for lunch using their ID badge is operational.
You may access the website on which you can create an account at: www.schoolpaymentportal.com
On this website you should be able to both create an account for your son/daughter AND be able to load funds onto it so that it is ready to use. It is now set so that the ability to load funds is functional as soon as you create your account.
3.Once you have created an account for your child, RL Technologies will be posting any account info created by your child already:
–it will show funds you have loaded on it
–AND if your child has been charging lunch on his/her ID badge over the past two weeks, the total amount that has been charged will be entered onto your account. Therefore, it is possible that you will see a negative amount when you view the account, meaning that you owe that amount to PFM (our cafeteria vendor) for the food purchased to date.
A reminder that the LAST day when credit/debit cards will be accepted for payments is tomorrow, 8/23. Beginning on Monday, 8/26, students may purchase with cash or with their ID badge if you have created and loaded funds onto the account.
