Hallow’s Lent 40 Day Prayer Challenge
This Lent, Hallow will once again launch its Lent Pray40 challenge, beginning on Ash Wednesday – Pray40: The Return.
Join us on a journey back home to the Lord – no matter our sins, no matter our struggles, no matter how far we’ve strayed away. Just as we’ll see through the Parable of the Prodigal Son, we’re all farther away from God than we need to be…but the good news is God is always waiting for us with open arms, running out to us while we are still a long way off.
During Lent, we are inviting our students and families to participate in the Hallow 40-Day Prayer Challenge, a guided journey designed to deepen our relationship with Christ throughout the Lenten season. Using the Hallow app, participants will engage in short, daily prayer experiences that may include Scripture reflections, guided meditation, traditional prayers, or spiritual talks rooted in our Catholic faith. The challenge is structured to help build a consistent prayer habit over the 40 days of Lent, making it accessible even for busy families. Our hope is that by praying together—at school and at home—our community will grow stronger in faith, more intentional in reflection, and more united in preparing our hearts for Easter.
You can also download the Ascension app now. Ascension offers the word of God and the complete teachings of the Catholic Church. There are answers and commentary by Fr. Mike Schmitz, Jeff Cavins, and other experts. Video, audio, and textual commentary. Right on your phone. There are a wealth of resources that are available and we invite you to take advantage of them.

Lenten Prayer
Almighty and ever living God, you invite us deeper into your world, your people, your Lent. May this time be one of outward focus; seeking you in those we often ignore. Help us live a Lent focused on freedom, generosity, and encounter. Give us hearts hungry to serve you and those who need what we have to give.
