Registration for the Friends of the Poor Walk begins Sept. 23rd at 8:00 am on the CHS track, and the walk begins at 8:30 am. No registration fee is required. Donations go to support the Pensacola SVdP ministry of assisting low-income families/individuals in the Pensacola community.

Our chapter at CHS is small, compared to the larger Pensacola organization, and the students are just helping with this event (not organizing it), but it's a great way for CHS students to get community service. If they participate, they get service hours for as long as they stay!
