Transfer Students  

CHS welcomes students who are in good standing with their current educational institution to apply for admissions to 10th-12th grade.  Students wishing to transfer are encouraged to contact (850) 436-6400, ext. 120.

In order to be considered, candidates must provide:

  1. Completed Admissions Application Form--Parent.  To complete, click here.
  2. Completed Student Admissions Questionnaire.  To complete, click here.
  3. Application fee of $125
  4. Transcript of all completed high school coursework including standardized test scores
  5. Admissions interview at Catholic High School with the prospective student and a parent.
